LIABILITY

The festival site / carpark and other areas are in some cases uneven. Please take care when moving around the site. Management is not liable for any injury caused onsite or around the close vicinity of the festival.

TICKETS

All tickets advertised on the BOBFSTVL website are sold through third party ticket providers. Please see their respective websites for full details.

REFUNDS

Sorry, unless an event is cancelled, ALL tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable.

In the unlikely event of an event being cancelled, ticket refunds will be issued automatically to the account of which you purchased your tickets.

BOBFSTVL reserve the right to alter the line-up to any advertised events without any prior notice. An alteration to the event line-up does not constitute a cancellation and would not entitle you to a refund under these circumstances.

For any other tickets purchased at other outlets, please go back to the point of purchase for a refund.

Last entry will be strictly 4pm.

BOBFSTVL is a licensed premises. For 18+ events, we require ALL patrons to provide valid, in-date photo ID. Acceptable forms are: passport, UK driving license or UK provisional license, or a UK Citizenship Card only. Other forms of ID will not permit you entry to the event.

EVICTION POLICY

Any individual in breach of the festival rules or committing offences within the site will be removed from site by the security staff.

Unacceptable behaviour that can lead to an eviction includes, but is not limited to:

– Illegal activity
– Breaching terms and conditions of entry
– Failing to submit to a search upon entry to the site
– In possession of unlawful drugs
– Offensive behaviour
– Throwing of objects in the direction of people
– Encouraging others to behave badly
– Preventing our security or emergency services reacting to a situation
– Any fire in the campsite

BOBFSTVL take evicting very seriously, any persons presented for evection will be interviewed by Security at the Security Control Room. All their details will be recorded with their full personal details, date time and reason for eviction.

Should any individual commit offences in law, the Police will be summoned and information laid before them with regard to the actions of the individual; where possible this will include details of the victim, the nature of the offence, detailed information relating to the location of the incident; for more serious offences a member of security will be used to guard the scene until the arrival of appropriate Police staff.

All evictees will be able to make a free telephone call if they do not have a mobile phone in order to make contact with their group and/or family. Evictees will need to phone a friend on site to collect their belongings before their eviction as they themselves will not be permitted back into the event site.

No individual will be ejected where there is a clear duty of care to the individual. If there is cause for doubt, the individual will be held at the Security Control Room until transport arrangements can be made to transport the individual in a safe and appropriate manner.

GENERAL

The festival site is a licensed venue so only alcohol purchased on site can be consumed within it.

NO NAKED FLAMES permitted across the site. This includes cooking stoves/BBQ’s etc. We apologise as this is set by the authorities.

Entry to the event, all activities at the event, purchase and use of tickets are subject to these Conditions. These Conditions may be amended without prior notice.

You will be searched at the entrance for any items that can be used in an illegal or offensive manner – these will be confiscated immediately.

Persons suspected of carrying out illegal and/or offensive activities on the festival site will be searched and face eviction.

NO portable laser equipment or pens are permitted.

All persons may be asked for ID and will not be served alcohol if ordered without proof of age of over 18 years. Challenge 25 will be implemented.

NO animals (except registered guide dogs), sound systems, generators, sky lanterns or kites, fireworks, canisters or wax flares, naked flames or burning of plastic will be allowed on the festival site.

Anti-social behaviour any people affecting the enjoyment of other attendees and/or affecting the running of the event will be immediately ejected by security.

The site is a glass free zone. Any glass will be confiscated on arrival.

Wristbands removed or tampered with will be invalid and will not be replaced.

CCTV will be present. All persons on site consent to filming.

The site management reserve the right to refuse admission or to eject attendees from the event without reimbursement of ticket price or other costs.

The site management reserve the right to cancel the event without notice.

The site management exclude liability for loss, injury or damage to persons or property except in respect of death or personal injury resulting from its own negligence.

The site management reserve the right to change the services provided and any other aspects of the event without notice.

ALL persons will use the premises in a proper and lawful manner and not so as to cause any nuisance, annoyance or inconvenience to other persons on site or neighbouring properties, or to render void or voidable any insurance in whole or in part. This will be monitored by the site Manager.
